If an item is not the right fit for your needs, you may request a return provided it meets the requirements described below.

Before Sending an Item Back

Returns are accepted only for products that remain in their original condition. To qualify, returned merchandise must:

  • Be requested within 30 days of the delivery date
  • Show no signs of use, alteration, or modification
  • Include the original packaging
  • Contain all accessories and included components
  • Be returned in the same condition in which it was received

How to Submit a Return Request

To begin the process, send an email to support@valliapparel.com and include your order number along with a brief explanation of the reason for the return.

Once your request is reviewed, our team will provide the next steps and return instructions.

Return Deadline

All return requests must be submitted within 30 days after delivery has been confirmed by the carrier. Requests received after this period cannot be approved.

Packaging Recommendations

To help ensure the item arrives safely, we recommend using secure packaging when returning merchandise. Proper packaging helps reduce the possibility of damage during transit.

After We Receive Your Return

Every returned item is reviewed upon arrival. Following inspection, eligible returns will move forward through the refund process.

Refunds are issued according to the following guidelines:

  • Refunds are sent to the original payment method used for the purchase
  • Approval is required before a refund can be processed
  • Most approved refunds are completed within approximately 7 business days
  • Banking institutions and payment providers may require additional processing time

Return Shipping Responsibility

Customers are responsible for arranging return shipment and covering associated shipping costs.

However, Vallia Apparel does not charge:

  • Restocking fees
  • Return processing fees
  • Return handling charges

Changes or Cancellations

Orders may be modified or canceled only before fulfillment begins.

Once an order enters processing or has been dispatched, cancellation and modification requests may no longer be possible.

If There Is a Problem With Your Order

Should your order arrive with a damaged item, manufacturing issue, or an incorrect product, please reach out to us as soon as possible.

Including the following information will help us review the situation more efficiently:

  2. Description of the issue
  3. Photos of the product received
  4. Images of the packaging, if applicable
